Empty. I can't believe that in this day and age, such racism is still so pervasive in our society. <br /><br />Growing up I was actually the token white girl on the bus. And my friends were from all backgrounds/socioeconomic backgrounds... and it taught me so much. Like you, I want to see colors, because I think they are all beautiful and deserve to be recognized. But I don't want to pigeonhole anyone or ever think that someone is deserving of a certain fate because of the color of their skin. What age are we living in?
