That One Christmas You'll Always Remember
Some remember stacks of gifts under the tree, others recall having someone special home with them. We share holiday stories of finally getting the puppy we asked for or the dollhouse we dreamed of.
My most sparkling Christmas was of a night when I had everything I wanted.

it is funny how different the perspective is of the parents and the children...
ReplyDeletethere were plenty of christmas' that we had little to give...but some of those gifts are still around where as many of the more expensive ones are broken and gone....

DeleteI'm catching up on my reading … this is SO true. I have two older sisters and one younger. Our memories differ so much so times, I laugh that I must be in the wrong family. And you are right, the older ones remember the hard times, I seem to remember the magic. xo
